Before you start the application, please make sure you read the instructions below.

1. Prepare your supporting documentation:
   1. Transcript(s) (an unofficial copy is acceptable)
   2. One Letter of Recommendation (please, not from relatives)
   3. Resume
   4. A Biographical Statement that includes your education and career goals (1 – 2 typed pages)
